500 g Poli
400 g tjestenine (špageti, olovke ()
200 g luka
nasjeckani bijeli luk (2 čehna)
2 žlice pirea od paradajza
2 žlice bijelog brašna
2 žličice slatke ili ljute paprike
400 g svježe zelene paprike
1 dl bijelog vina
1 dl maslinovog ulja
začinsko bilje po vašoj želji i ukusu

Postupak pripreme

Na ulju popržite nasjeckani luk, polovicu narezane zelene svježe paprike, dodajte POLI narezan na kockice, bijeli luk, pire od paradajza, brašno, slatku ili ljutu mljevenu papriku i začinsko bilje po ukusu. Zalijte vinom i supom i kuhajte 20 minuta da dobijete prilično gusto varivo. Tjesteninu skuhajte u kipućoj slanoj vodi (al dente), ocijedite, poslužite na tanjure i prelijte POLI gulašem. Ako glad nije prejaka, ukrasite ih drugom polovicom svježe paprike narezane na rezance i poslužite uz svježu sezonsku salatu.
