Bread for friends with Poli and cheese
Ingredients
- Round loaf, approx. 400 g
- 85 g mayonnaise
- 3 garlic cloves
- 150 g grated mozzarella
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 60 g Poli Classic slice
Bread for friends with Poli and cheese
Preparation process
1. Add the chopped garlic, mayonnaise and parsley to the mozzarella and mix well.
2. Make slits in the bread to create a net. The slits should be about 2 centimetres apart and, when slicing, make sure that the bread is only three-quarters of the way down.
3. Spoon the prepared filling mixture into the slits. Halve the Poli Classic slices and fill the openings with them.
4. Place the bread on a baking tray lined with baking paper, cover with aluminium foil and bake at 180 °C for about 15 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake for a further 3 minutes until the top of the loaf is browned. Before serving, garnish the loaf with fresh parsley.
