Poli spread with eggs and sardines
Ingredients
- 250 g Poli
- 10 eggs
- 200 g onions
- 2 cans of sardines
- 100 g of pickles
- pumpkin seed oil
- salt, ground pepper
Poli spread with eggs and sardines
Preparation process
Boil the eggs hard. Peel them in cold water, mash or chop. Add finely chopped pnion, crushed sardines with oil, diced Poli and diced pickles. Add salt and pepper, add pumpkin oil to taste and mix everything together. Now all we need are slices of fresh bread and a delicious breakfast, dinner or snack is ready.
