Swedish sandwich with cabbage and Poli
Ingredients
- a slice of sourdough bread
- 60g sweet braised red cabbage
- 1 small apple
- 4 slices of Poli
- 2 tbsp fried onion
- whole grain mustard sauce
Swedish sandwich with cabbage and Poli
Preparation process
- Grate the fresh red cabbage and apple into strips, season with salt and pepper and sauté until the cabbage is juicy. Every now and then add a little vegetable stock to keep it juicy.
- Place the red cabbage on a slice of the sourdough bread and add a few thin slices of Poli.
- Sprinkle with the fried onions and add the whole grain mustard sauce as desired.
