Swedish sandwich with cabbage and Poli

Ingredients

  • a slice of sourdough bread
  • 60g sweet braised red cabbage
  • 1 small apple
  • 4 slices of Poli
  • 2 tbsp fried onion
  • whole grain mustard sauce

Swedish sandwich with cabbage and Poli

Preparation process

  1. Grate the fresh red cabbage and apple into strips, season with salt and pepper and sauté until the cabbage is juicy. Every now and then add a little vegetable stock to keep it juicy.
  2. Place the red cabbage on a slice of the sourdough bread and add a few thin slices of Poli.
  3. Sprinkle with the fried onions and add the whole grain mustard sauce as desired.
