Toasted sandwich with Poli Pate Chilli
Ingredients
- 4 slices of bread
- Poli Pate Chilli
- 2 handfuls baby spinach
- 1 tomato
- 6 slices of cheddar cheese
- 30 g butter
Toasted sandwich with Poli Pate Chilli
Preparation process
1. Thinly slice the tomatoes, wash the spinach and dry it well.
2. Spread two slices of bread thickly with Poli Pate chilli and garnish with tomatoes, spinach and cheese. Cover the sandwiches with the remaining two slices.
3. Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the sandwiches on both sides until golden brown. Remove from the pan and place on a paper towel to blot off any excess fat.
